REFUND POLICY 

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines:

Wallet refund will get credited within a few minutes.

NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.

Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged or lost during shipping. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can cancel your order only before it is processed. To check if your order is processed or not, please look for the term "fulfilled"  next to your order number in your account order history.
