At MADBRAG, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if we fail to deliver the goods as agreed. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. REFUND POLICY FOR MASKS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Masks cannot be replaced or exchanged for a different size as per COVID-19 guidelines.

REFUND POLICY FOR OTHER PRODUCTS
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:
Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.
NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are damaged or lost during shipping. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof that your item is damaged or when it is lost through no fault of your own. Email us at hello@madbrag.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer FREE shipping. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Due to a huge amount of orders we receive daily, it may take 3-5 working days to process your order before it leaves our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 12 days.
(Deliveries may take longer than usual due to the current situation.)

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order only before it is processed. To check if your order is processed or not, please look for the term "fulfilled" next to your order number in your account order history.
